I wanted to further lower our Audi SQ5...Lowering springs did get the car closer to the pavement,but it wasn't enough....by chance I found the Silver website and found the coil-overs for the car.. the product reviews and history of the Neomax was impressive....so I went to order them....the catch the car was schedule for the tuner for some work in a few days....and It, as it turns out was way passed time to upgrade the suspension....so I called in the order....and asked for overnight shipping....Well customer service was amazing....while I was on the phone, they went out, checked stock, found the shocks and sent them overnight ( over a weekend ) to my tuner...As I was pulling into check in the car, Fed-Ex was delivering the shocks...great timing....and as it turns out the factory stock suspension was way overdue for a change....the ride quality, the stance, and the adjust-ability, coupled with the stellar customer service of Silvers North America, makes this one of the best purchased I have made so far....Thanks Guys...
